Primary Sources: Our three bodies of sources and Databases
Our project partners at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (Berlin), the Institute of Chinese Life Sciences (ICL), Charité (Berlin), and the Institute of Modern History (IMH), Academia Sinica (Taipei), are currently developing databases on daily-use compendia, handwritten documents, and serialized medical periodicals.
Primary and secondary Sources: Zotero Libraries
We are developing Zotero libraries of late Qing and Republican-era periodicals and secondary scholarship related to vernacular medicine in China. These libraries are freely accessible and may be of interest to other scholars working on vernacular medicine.
